An eminent jury panel comprising Corporate strategists, Academicians and Thought leaders from almost all the sectors will select the winners for the Bharatiya Prajna Excellence Award 2025.

For those who win, this will be the first step on a journey towards greatness.

FOR Bharatiya Prajna Excellence Award 2025

1. Nomination fees is ` 5,500/- per nomination. Jury's decisions will be based solely on the information submitted. Winners will be felicitated at a grand award function on 22^nd June, 2025 at Kolkata, India.

2. The nominees declared winners by the Jury will be intimated by email / post about the result. Each successful Nominee / Winner would have to pay 6,500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) before attending the Award Function to receive the award. By paying above fee you will also be entitled to attend Bharatiya Prajna Excellence Award Summit held during the Award Function on same day on 22^nd June, 2025 at Kolkata, India.

3. If more than one person would like to come with you / like to attend the award function, they are required to pay additional fee of `5,000/- per person. This will also entitle them to attend the Bharatiya Prajna Excellence Leadership Summit 2025, if they desire.

4. Please sign on the nomination form agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

5. Nomination received after due date will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note that entry to the venue is for registered person only.

Persons without required registrations will not be allowed to participate in the function.

IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SUBMITTING YOUR NOMINATION(S).

IMPORTANT ISSUES

1. Additional supporting materials and documents (as described in the guideline) must be received/uploaded

along with the nomination form for evaluation by the Award Committee.

2. Nominations received after the due date will be ineligible. (Postal delays will not be accepted as an excuse

for delayed submission).

3. The nominee must have made exemplary contributions to society, in any form and at any level, with an

emphasis on personal efforts and active involvement.

4. Services rendered by the nominee must have been on a continuing basis. In case of initiatives at State/Department / District / Hospital / Institute / NGOs for imparting better services, the award will be given to

State / Department / District / Hospital / Institute / NGOs involved in that set of activities.

5. Personal financial contributions to any organization like NGOs, Philanthropic Organizations, Bharatiya Prajna Excellence Award group or organisers of this event or  any individual are not relevant considerations for these Awards.

6. For individual categories it is possible to nominate oneself for the award.

7. An individual may receive more than one award in any of the appropriate categories.

8. Eligible nominators may nominate candidates under any eligible category.

1. Describe specific reasons why you consider yourself (or organization) suitable for this award? (About 300 Words). This should also include proofs to support claims made in the application to meet the eligibility & selection criteria.

3. In case of individuals latest CV must be attached.

4. High Resolution Photographs (3 in number, different angles)

5. Significant Contributions to Industry.

6. Contributions in improving services and their impact on the local communities.

7. Details of Achievements and Awards received for providing services.

8. Contribution to Research and Innovation.

9. Letter of Recommendation from Nominators.
